Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, Express Post delivery typically takes around 1–3 business days, although delivery times can vary depending on your location and the courier network.
Please carefully review your shipping address when placing your order and check the address shown on your order confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, any additional postage required to send the order again will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are packaged discreetly and supplied with tracking information. Your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

At this time, we only accept and dispatch orders to Australian addresses. We no longer offer international shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or provide refunds where the product has been supplied correctly.
