Lyophilised products may naturally vary in colour, texture, crystallisation and appearance. Products may appear clumped, compacted or uneven.

Orders are subject to availability and payment must be received before dispatch.
Secret Tans reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. During busy holiday periods or sales, it may take an extra day or 2 to dispatch orders.
Orders are dispatched using Australia Post or another selected carrier. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier and delays outside our reasonable control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an incorrect address is given and the order is undeliverable, then the customer is responsible for the fee to return and resend it.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or preference where the product has been supplied correctly.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact Secret Tans as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secret Tans is not responsible for loss resulting from misuse, improper storage or handling of products, or use outside their stated research purpose.

If you have an issue with an order, please contact Secret Tans first so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Where a chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant order, payment, shipping and correspondence records to the payment provider.
All website content, including text, images, logos, product descriptions and designs, belongs to or is licensed to Secret Tans and may not be reproduced without permission.
